1. Order Processing

All orders are processed within 1–5 business days after payment is received, excluding weekends and holidays. If we experience a high volume of orders, processing may take slightly longer. You will receive a confirmation email once your order has shipped.

2. Shipping Locations

We currently ship to all U.S. states and territories, including Puerto Rico. International shipping is not available at this time. Orders with a delivery address outside the United States will be cancelled and refunded automatically.

3. Shipping Methods & Delivery Times

We partner with trusted carrier USPS. Estimated delivery times depend on your location and the selected shipping method:

  • First Class Mail: Calculated by Carrier
  • Ground Advantage: Calculated by Carrier
  • Priority Mail: Calculated by Carrier
  • Priority Mail Express: Calculated by Carrier
  • In-Store Pickup: Same day (during business hours, usually within 15 minutes)

Delivery times are estimates only and not guaranteed. Delays may occur due to weather, carrier issues, or other unforeseen factors.

4. Shipping Rates

Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your order weight, size, and destination. Certain promotions may include free shipping, which will be clearly displayed at checkout.

5. Shipping Confirmation & Risk of Loss

Once your order leaves our facility and is handed over to the carrier, the shipment becomes the responsibility of the carrier and the recipient. MDC Norte is not liable for any loss, damage, or delay that occurs after the carrier takes possession of the package. Customers should track and coordinate with the carrier directly for delivery updates or claims.

6. Tracking Your Order

Once your order ships, you will receive an email with tracking information. Tracking updates may take 24–48 hours to appear after shipment. If you do not receive tracking details within three business days, please contact us.

7. Delivery Issues & Lost Packages

MDC Norte is not responsible for packages lost, delayed, or damaged by the carrier after shipment. Please contact the shipping carrier directly for delivery inquiries using your tracking number. If your package shows as delivered but you did not receive it, contact the carrier to file a claim.

8. Incorrect Addresses

Customers are responsible for entering correct and complete shipping information. We are not responsible for delays or losses caused by incorrect addresses. If you notice an error, contact us immediately before your order ships.

9. Damaged Shipments

If your package arrives damaged, please photograph the packaging and products immediately and contact us within 48 hours of delivery. We will work with you to resolve the issue appropriately.

10. Refused or Undeliverable Packages

If a package is refused or returned as undeliverable due to an incorrect address or absence of the recipient, the customer will be responsible for any return shipping fees and a 10% restocking fee. Shipping fees from the original order are non-refundable.

11. In-Store Pickup Policy

Orders selected for in-store pickup must be collected within 7 business days after the pickup notification is sent. Unclaimed orders may be cancelled and refunded minus a 10% restocking fee. A valid photo ID and order confirmation are required for pickup.

12. Shipping Restrictions

Certain items, including but not limited to flammable products, lithium batteries, and pressurized containers, may be restricted from air shipment. MDC Norte reserves the right to cancel or adjust orders containing restricted materials.

13. Force Majeure (Uncontrollable Events)

MDC Norte is not responsible for any delay, loss, or failure in delivery caused by events beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters (such as hurricanes, floods, or earthquakes), severe weather, fires, acts of God, labor strikes, transportation interruptions, or government actions. This also includes postal service suspensions, carrier shutdowns, government shutdowns, customs delays, embargoes, or other regulatory disruptions that affect the movement of goods. In such cases, shipments will be processed and delivered as soon as normal operations resume.

14. Split Shipments

If an order includes multiple items, they may be shipped separately due to stock location or packaging requirements. You will receive tracking details for each shipment.

By placing an order with MDC Norte, you agree to this Shipping Policy. We reserve the right to modify or update this policy at any time without prior notice. This policy does not create any rights or obligations beyond those required by applicable law.
